Terms of service

Twosquare is a place where two people agree to tell each other whether they did what they said. These terms describe what we run, what we expect from you, and what happens when either of us stops
Who we are
Twosquare is operated by a small company registered in the Netherlands. Placeholder body copy stands in for the drafted clause, holding the measure and rhythm of the real paragraph so the reading experience can be judged before the legal text exists
You can reach a person at hello@twosquare.io, and that address is read on working days
Your account
One account per person, and you must be sixteen or older. Keep your password to yourself; if you think someone else has it, reset it and every other session is signed out
- You're responsible for what happens under your account
- We may suspend an account while we look into a report
- Impersonating someone else ends the account
What you write
Your goals, check-ins and comments belong to you. We store them so your partner can read them and so you can look back. Placeholder body copy continues at the same measure, giving the section enough weight to judge the spacing between headings and paragraphs
We don't sell what you write, we don't train anything on it, and nobody sees it except the partner you chose
Partnerships
A partnership is between two people and either one can end it at any time, for any reason or none. Ending it removes the comment threads between you and leaves each person's own history intact
Conduct
Don't use requests to sell things, don't harass anyone, and don't send people here somewhere else to be sold to. Reports are read by a person, and repeated behaviour ends an account rather than earning another warning
Ending your account
You can delete your account from settings at any time. It runs immediately, there is no grace period, and your partner is told the partnership ended
Liability
Twosquare is a place to write things down and be asked about them. We don't promise it will make you finish anything, and we're not responsible for what you or your partner do with it
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, everyone with an account is told before the change takes effect
