How the framework works

Pair with another founder

Connect with an independent founder looking for a structured setup. Each builds their own project — creating a mutual framework to stay consistent and keep moving forward

Set cadence and goals

Set a check-in cadence (daily or weekly) you can actually maintain. Each person defines 2–3 core goals that move their own project forward — key needle-movers, not an endless task list

Mutual accountability

Report on status regularly. Your peer reads, comments, and keeps you on pace — and you do the exact same for them

People accomplish more when they have a framework and accountability. It's one of the better-studied findings in goal research

A study at Dominican University assigned 267 professionals to different goal-setting methods over four weeks. Those who only thought about their goals completed 43%. Those who wrote them down and sent them to a friend reached 62%. The group that also sent that friend a weekly progress report reached 76%

Telling someone your plan helps. Reporting to them every week is what closes the gap

Matthews, G. (2007), Dominican University of California 149 of 267 participants completed the study; outcomes were self-reported

What it isn't

Better to know now than after signing up

  • Not a co-founder searchTwo completely separate projects. 0% shared equity, 100% ownership over your product and decisions. You get the useful part of having a team without joining one
  • Not another task managerFocused tracking on critical goals, not a cluttered task board. No tickets, no tags, no administrative overhead
  • No coaching, no course, no guruYour peer is a parallel founder facing the exact same challenges on their own startup. Mutual commitment — nobody is selling you a method
  • No social noiseClean, focused documentation of what got done, in front of one person who reads, comments, and keeps you on pace
