Two people read your check-ins: you and your partner. Everything below explains what we hold to make that work, and what we do with the rest

What we collect

Your email address, the profile you filled in, your goals and check-ins, and basic technical logs. Placeholder body copy carries the paragraph to a realistic length so the measure can be judged

Your partner seesYour name, profile, goals, check-ins and comments
Anyone seesYour name, background, streak, and your project only if you set it to public
Nobody seesYour email address, your timezone offset in raw form, and anything you wrote before a partnership began

What your partner sees

Everything on your profile, every check-in you write while you're partnered, and the goals those check-ins are written against. Nothing from before you matched

What is public

Your name, background, timezone, languages and current streak are on your public profile. Your project is only there if you set it to public

Email

We use your address to run the account and to tell you what your partner is doing. Scheduled email can be turned off in settings; transactional email can't

Deletion

Deleting your account removes your profile, goals, check-ins and comments immediately. Your partner keeps their own history and is told the partnership ended. Backups roll off within thirty days

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you. Write to hello@twosquare.io and a person answers
